Refund Policy.

If you cancel before any work has started on your project, the amount you paid is refunded in full.

Once work has started, we refund the portion of the fee covering deliverables not yet produced. Work already completed and delivered is not refundable.

Third-party costs already paid on your behalf, such as ISBN purchases, platform fees, or paid placements, cannot be recovered and are not refundable.

Refunds are not issued on the basis of sales, ranking, or review outcomes, because we do not guarantee those results.

If you are unhappy with the work, tell us first. In most cases we can correct or redo a deliverable at no extra cost.
